The Human Resource & Administrative Services Department deals with the management of people within the organization. It is responsible for the organization of people in the entire Company and plans for future ventures and objectives involving people in the Company. Generally, the department:

  • Ensures the proper execution of all staff affairs and activities;
  • Works closely with the Union to create and maintain a positive/harmonious working environment, relationships, and industrial relations climate; and,
  • Hires members of staff and keeps them in their positions by ensuring that they perform to expectation through necessary/relevant job related training.
