The HR Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources Department with administrative tasks and assisting with the disciplinary grievance processes to create a fair, respectful, diverse and high-quality performance culture that enables employees to remain healthy, safe and motivated to contribute to the goals and objectives of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct research in finding appropriate training programs
- Assist in industrial relation matters
- Maintain record of Industrial Relations matters
- Provides administrative support in respect of all Industrial Relations matters
- Assist in keeping staff abreast of industrial relations polices and regulations
- Assist in promoting a culture of mental well-being;
- Assist with investigations involving disciplinary matters
- Assist in preparation of disciplinary correspondences
- Ensuring rooms are adequately prepared for disciplinary hearings
- Organizes resource people and arrange sessions to motivate staff and inform them on health and safety issues;
- Assists in conducting workshops and seminars to inform and teach employees about good practices at the workplace;
- Assist with employee relations initiatives which will foster and enhance cooperation, unity and fairness within the company;
- Administers the disciplinary and grievance processes for the Authority, in keeping with existing regulations and ensures that resolutions are fair and impartial;
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Support the HR Department in maintaining data and files
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associates Degree in Human Resource Management, Managements Studies, Public Administration, or related field.
- Professional courses/training in another employee relations field;
- At least two (2) years’ experience in Industrial Relations.
REMUNERATION
Basic Salary: $1,439,455 – $1,935,907.00 per annum
