Nutrition Products Limited invites Tax Compliant companies registered with the National Contracts Commission to submit sealed tenders for the Provision of Janitorial Services at its head office and plant located at 6 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15.

Companies will be required to supply all labour and supervision.  Along with the general evaluation criteria, contractors will also be evaluated on their experiences with 24-hour manufacturing entities and food processing entities.

Interested companies must fulfill the following criteria and provide proof at the time of tendering, to be considered eligible:

  • Registration with the National Contracts Commission as an approved supplier in the category “Janitorial, Sanitation Services”.
  • Possession of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
  • Present the requisite Tender Security
  • Present proof of Liability Insurance

 

Tender Documents

Tender documents will be available as of Wednesday, November 14, 2018 from the “Accounts Department” upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$3,000.00) made payable in cash or manager’s cheque.  Completed tender documents must be deposited in sealed envelope marked “PROVISION OF JANITORIAL SERVICES” in the Tender Box situated in the lobby at Nutrition Products Limited no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 30, 2018, at the address below.

Tenders will be opened publicly in the Boardroom at the same address at 3:15 p.m. (local time) on Friday, November 30, 2018.  Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement & Contracts Officer as of Wednesday, November 14, 2018, during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (local time) at (876) 922-4227 or from the address below:
