Nutrition Products Limited Invites Tax Compliant companies registered with the Public Procurement

Commission to submit sealed tenders for the Provision of Servicing and Repairs to machinery, equipment for its facilities located in Kingston – 6 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, St. Mary – Annotto Bay, and Westmoreland – Petersfield


Companies will be required to supply all labour and equipment when jobs are being carried out and also to provide a material list for which NPL will conduct all purchases.


Interested companies must fulfill the following criteria and provide proof at the time of tendering, to

be considered eligible:


  • Registration with the Public Procurement Commission as an approved contractor in the category “Maintenance of Machinery & Equipment”.
  • Possession of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
  • Business Registration Certificate
  • Copy of a detailed Articles of Association


Site Visit (A list of all activities to be carried out will be presented to all contractors)

Site Visits will be facilitated as follows:

Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at NPL, 6 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15

Thursday, September 6, 2023 at NPL, Annotto Bay, St. Mary

Friday, September 6, 2023 at NPL, Petersfield, Westmoreland.


Tender Documents

Tender documents will be available as of Wednesday, September 06, 2023 from the “Accounts Department”

upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$3,000.00) made

payable in cash or manager’s cheque. “Failure to directly purchase the Tender/ Bid Documents from the Procuring Entity will result in ineligibility/ non-responsiveness of that bid from participating in the procurement process.”


All quotations must be done separately for each plant and should be deposited in sealed envelope marked” Servicing and Repairs of Machinery & Equipment” in the Tender Box situated in the lobby at

Nutrition Products Limited no later than 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 25, 2023 at the address below.


Interested contractors may obtain further information from the Procurement & Contracts Manager as of Monday, September 4, 2023 during the hours of 9:00 a.m.
